Francois Andries was born and raised in Dunkirk, but now lives in Lille.

Discovering skateboarding sixteen years ago as a teenager was a revelation and opened his mind to a whole new world that was previously unknown to him having grown up in a "very conventional family".

It was through skateboarding that Andries was introduced to the world of tattooing. Fascinated by the culture's vast mixture of characters and creativity, he has been honing a signature dark style that uses only using only black felt pens to unleash a cacophony of psychedelia, occultism, fauna and flora, and architecture.
