The music venue is hosting an art exhibition from Friday 14 October until 28 January, showing a mix of their band posters, screen prints, original linocuts and prints.

The opening night was one you didn’t want to miss:
on top of the usual Volcom party hospitality and freebies, EnvyBossk and Thisquietarmy were playing live at the venue.

BOSSK opened the main stage with their trippy yet powerful post metal.

The night was a bold mix of dark sounds, to echo the proclamation of resurrection embedded in Vadretro’s work for Volcom.

About Vaderetro
Vaderetro is an illustration, graphic design and craft printing studio founded by Alexandre Debelloir and Julian Santus.
Since 2015, their common passion for rock and metal culture led them to collaborate with many bands (Gojira, Kvelertak, Kadavar) and festivals (Hellfest, Motocultor). They have also been able to extend their focus to other areas, including publishing (Gallimard, Hachette) and branding (Volcom).
Their work is inspired by Medieval imagery, dark romanticism, botany, and even traditional tattoos. They are also developing their own engraving practice in their studio by making hand-crafted prints.
About Atabal
Atabal is the main live music venue in the French Basque coast, with a great sound, some music studios and an art gallery area.
Volcom is a proud fresh partner of the venue.
